Ilkeliani is an eco-friendly permanent tented camp, centrally located in the Maasai Mara. Camp environs have been intentionally preserved so as to feel as close as possible to nature. Ilkeliani has 17 tents with each guest tent positioned on the edge of the Talek River looking out onto the Maasai Mara plains. Guest tents are also well spaced out thereby ensuring that guests have maximum privacy. Lighting is provided by solar power and all tents are en suite with flush toilets and hot water showers. We offer extended game drives with the proficient help of your experienced Masai driver guide who has an intimate knowledge of the Game Reserve. The camps Resident Naturalist conducts daily nature walks along the Talek River. Excursions to the Masai village are encouraged to enrich ones appreciation of the Maasai Culture. All meals are prepared by the camps chefs, offering hearty breakfasts, alfresco lunches and candle light dinners in the Mess Tent. Picnic breakfast/ lunches are prepared if you prefer to stay out and explore the reserve all day long. A camp fire is lit from 6 pm onwards and the safari experience is shared with fellow guests while enjoying drinks. Biting are served with Sundowner. Ilkeliani is the name given to the age group of the young Maasai warrior. The young warrior is thus an ilkeliani before he becomes the il Moran.

At Main Jock there are the luxurious suites with private plunge pools & salas - overlooking the river. The lodge is on the confluence of two rivers (Biyamiti & Mitomeni River). Twelve individual thatched suites, screened by lush trees and reed walls, offer guests utmost luxurious privacy, creating a unique experience of gracious old world elegance surrounded by unspoilt wilderness.

All the suites are named after places of interest in the tale of “Jock of the Bushveld” - the treacherous Pettigrew’s Road, the trading posts of Delagoa Bay and Komatipoort. Seba - A classic safari camp, set in an ancient riverine forest in the heart of Botswana's magical Okavango Delta, offers secluded, luxurious accommodation overlooking a seasonal floodplain and lagoon teeming with animal and bird life. Guests can enjoy more than game viewing, however, the camp is a base for unique research on elephant behaviour and a center for wildlife filmmakers. Seba is located in the beautiful Abu concession and the camp is named after one of the elephants released back to the wild

Seba Camp's eight well-appointed and spacious elevated tents, each with en-suite bathroom and a private deck on which to relax and observe the passing wildlife in and around the perennial lagoon. There is a secluded swimming pool enabling guests to refresh themselves and relax after a game drive. Gourmet meals are served, usually al fresco, in the dining area: five-star cuisine and superb dinners follow cocktails shared by guests, researchers and guides around a traditional campfire. The dining and bar areas are also set on a raised saligna deck with spectacular views. There is also a plunge pool to cool off on hot afternoons. A library is available with a number of reference books and beautiful coffee table books on Africa. Sundowners are around a traditional African campfire.

Mapula Lodge, Okavango Delta

Mapula Lodge is situated in the North Eastern area of the Okavango Delta, just outside the Moremi Game Reserve. The main complex with its sweeping decks overlooks the permanent lagoon where the resident pod of hippopotamus resides. Here you will find the comfortable lounge, dining area and a bar area with one of the best views in the Okavango Delta. A small library and swimming pool completes the main area. Each of the 10 luxury chalets has a traditional design and use of natural log provide unique detail. The units all boast a small lounge and a full bathroom (with bathtub and outside shower). Game viewing is particularly good in this area, and the trees around the Lodge are home to a huge variety of birds. Being in a permanent water area, Mapula Lodge can offer year round water activities, especially important during January - May when water levels in the Okavango can become too low in most area’s to allow the use of the traditional mokoro. Walking safaris with experienced guides, night drives in search of nocturnal animals. In the early morning and late afternoons game drives are conducted in comfortable safari vehicles.

Governors Camp, Masai Mara

Situated in the west of the Masai Mara, Governors’ Camp has been built along the winding banks of the Mara River, its waters teeming with hippo and crocodile. The entire camp is under canvas, keeping the authentic, traditional safari atmosphere. The 38 spacious tents all boast their own ensuite bathroom with constant hot and cold running water and flushing toilets. Gas and paraffin lamps are used for lighting. The restaurant tent, the open fire place and bar tent are in the centre of the camp. Next to the reception is a small gallery with local paintings and handcrafts as well as a small souvenir shop. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style in the open. Dinner is served in the restaurant tent. For dinner there is usually a menu with various courses. A traditional camp fire is lit at sunset each evening. There are various activities on offer: game viewing in specially designed 4x4 vehicles and, game walks are included in the daily rate while balloon flights over the plains and day excursions to the Lake Victoria can be arranged at an extra cost.
